1-month free trial of cloud storage. You can use an SD card (up to 256GB, not included) for free recording. After 1-month, a subscription is required if you wish to use AI&cloud storage. All basic functions remain fully usable without a subscription.
Is the WiFi connection stable? Does it support 5G?
5G is more suitable for short-range transmission and urban indoor environments, while 2.4G delivers better performance in courtyards, outdoors with its more stable signal and stronger wall-penetrating capability. It only supports more stable 2.4G.
Does this record audio?
The camera records audio when capturing bird videos.For privacy protection and to comply with U.S. privacy regulations, audio recording only works when motion/bird activity is detected, not 24/7 non-stop. You have control to turn off in the settings.
What is the default resolution of this smart bird feeder?
To save your storage space, the default resolution is SD. If you want a 4K UHD bird-watching experience, please manually switch to UHD mode.
What installation methods does this bird feeder camera support?
This feeder comes with tree, wall, and fence mount hardware. Based on customer feedback, our next batch will add ground stake adapters for pole mounting.
