Return Refund Policy

At FreeKoala your satisfaction is our highest priority. We want you to feel completely confident with your purchase. If you encounter any issues or are not entirely satisfied with your smart feeder our support team is dedicated to providing a fair straightforward and efficient resolution.

  1. 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee We proudly offer an extended 30 day return window starting from the date your package is marked as delivered by the carrier.

To be eligible for a full refund of the product purchase price your item must meet the following criteria The product must be in its original undamaged retail packaging. All original accessories manuals mounts and hardware components must be included. The device must show no signs of physical abuse unauthorized modification or severe outdoor wear and tear.

  1. How to Initiate a Return To start your return process please do not mail the package back to the shipping address on the box. Follow these steps for an authorized return

  2. Send an official request to our customer care team at support@freekoala.com.

  3. Please provide the following details in your email Order ID like FK1001 Purchaser Name and Email Address Specific items you wish to return A brief explanation of the reason for return with clear photos or videos if the return is due to a functional defect.

  4. Once approved our team will issue an Authorized Return Label and specific warehouse instructions. You can then drop off the package at your nearest local post office or designated courier point.

  5. Return Shipping Costs Defective or Damaged Upon Arrival If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage verified by our team FreeKoala will cover the return shipping costs. Personal Preferences or Change of Mind If you are returning the product due to personal preference buyer remorse or accidental purchase you will be responsible for purchasing the return shipping label. Note Any shipping fees paid on the original order are non refundable.

  6. Refund Processing and Timeline Inspection Upon receiving your return at our fulfillment center our team will inspect the item within 3 to 5 business days to verify its contents and condition. Payout Once approved a refund will automatically be credited back to your original method of payment like Credit Card PayPal or Stripe. Timing Please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement depending on your financial institution processing times. Note Gift cards promotional vouchers and downloaded subscription services are non refundable.

  7. Delivery Issues and Shipping Damage Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If your smart bird feeder arrives damaged broken or with missing components Notify us at support@freekoala.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include high resolution photos or a short video demonstrating the damage or detailing the missing parts. Upon verification we will immediately dispatch replacement parts or a brand new unit at zero additional cost to you.

  8. Order Cancellations We process orders rapidly to ensure fast delivery times. Before Shipment You may cancel your order for a full refund within 5 hours of placement by emailing us. After Shipment Once an order has entered our warehouse fulfillment pipeline or has been picked up by the carrier it cannot be canceled. You will need to receive the package and follow our standard 90 day return procedure.

  9. 24 Month Limited Warranty All electronic hardware components of the FreeKoala smart bird feeder are backed by our 24 Month Limited Warranty. This covers intrinsic hardware malfunctions and material defects.
